IT'S WINTER IN SUMMER AT THE PEORIA ZOO
JULY 24

The Peoria Park District's Peoria Zoo will present Winter in Summer on Saturday, July 24, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Come learn how the Zoo keeps its animals cool during the "dog days" of summer! You'll enjoy seeing the animals get special ice treats to cool them off. Be sure to have something cold and keep yourself cool too!

The Peoria Zoo presents animal programs, feedings and keeper chats every half hour, Noon to 3 p.m., through Labor Day. We'll also have games and prizes throughout the day.

Regular Zoo admission will apply at this event: Adults 13 & over - $8.50; Children 3-12 - $4.75; Seniors - $7.50. Zoo members and children 2 and under are FREE.
