The Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino to play host to the 2012 Marketing Conference

EAST PEORIA, IL - The Central States Circulation Mangers' Association (CSCMA) will hold its 2012 Marketing Conference titled "The Change" Conference on Sunday, April 15 and Monday, April 16 at the Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino.  This year's theme is "Optimizing Growth Opportunities in a Changing World."

The vendor and exhibit opening will jump start the conference at 9 a.m. on Sunday.

The conference will feature over 15 guest speakers throughout the two day span.  Educational sessions will begin at 11 a.m. with guest speaker Fred Foutz, Vice President of Circulation at Gatehouse.

The day will come to end at 5 p.m. with cocktails followed by dinner and time for networking.

The conference will kick off at 8:15 a.m. on Monday with guest speaker Michael Zinser from the Zinser Law Firm.  Breakout sessions will take place at 10 a.m. teaching attendees about database marketing and selling with social media and packaging and marketing subscriptions.

The conference will adjourn at 5 p.m.

Central States Circulation Managers' Association is a professional organization comprised of circulation managers and circulation management personnel of daily and weekly newspapers in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

            The Central States Circulation Managers' Association's 2012 Marketing Conference will create an economic impact of about $18,000 and fill 80 hotel rooms in the Peoria Area.  There will be about 100 individuals in attendance.

            The PACVB represents an eight county region including Bureau, Fulton, Marshall, Mason, Peoria, Stark, Tazewell and Woodford. The organization's mission is to promote the Peoria Area as a destination for visitors and contribute to the economic growth of the communities they represent.
