Overview

Housed in the Donald B. Cerf College Center at Eureka College, the museum collection numbers over 10,000 items with over 3,000 on display from President Reagan's Eureka College student days, movie and TV career, governorship of California and two terms as President of the United States. The majority of artifacts were donated by Reagan himself. The Reagan Peace Garden located on the historic campus, which was founded in 1855, includes a bust of the 40th president and a section of the Berlin Wall. The garden commemorates Reagan's 1982 campus speech that initiated the "beginning of the end" of the Cold War by proposing the elimination of an entire class of nuclear weapons.  Click here to check out more information on Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev's visit to Eureka College!
