Motorcoach Mystery Tour
Twenty-five Turner Coach passengers took part in a Mystery Tour Oct. 26-27 in the Peoria Area. Some of the sites they visited included Morton, Ill., the Pumpkin Capital of the World and home to Nestle-Libby's pumpkin canning plant, the Ronald Reagan Museum in Eureka and Toraason Glass, a contemporary hand blown glass art studio in Peoria.

Opening in late 2012 will be the Peoria Riverfront Museum and Caterpillar Visitors Center in Downtown Peoria.
The museum is a fusion of art, history, science and achievement through collections and programs. Inside will be a 40-foot dome planetarium and a giant six-story screen digital theater. Also enjoy year-round exhibits such as the IHSA Peak Performance Center.
Exhibits featuring Caterpillar's heritage and history, product development, manufacturing and more will be on display at the Visitors Center, located adjacent to the Peoria Riverfront Museum. There's also a full-size replica of a 797 mining truck that is 24 feet tall and houses a movie theater.
