Wokanda is a facility that is reserved for rental groups and program participants. Just 20 minutes from downtown Peoria, it offers a variety of naturalist tours, environmental education and rental options for groups interested in secluded gatherings in a natural setting. To get to Wokanda from Peoria, take Route 29 north and turn left on Old Galena Road just north of Route 6. Follow this past Mossville Grade School, then turn left on Boy Scout Road and proceed to the park entrance. |
