The Official Peoria Area Visitors Guide:
With an annual circulation of 80,000 copies, this publication helps to promote the area to visitors, convention delegates and new residents. A user-friendly locater map of accommodations and restaurants is included, and individual members receive a listing of their location by business type. We also have a Virtual Visitors Guide on peoria.org.
The facility guides provide convention/meeting planners, sporting event planners and group tour operators with background on our community, accommodations information, convention center details, meeting room schematics, athletic event venues, plus much more. These Exact Target mass emails keep our members informed of the PACVB's latest activities as well as other news affecting the convention and tourism industry, including a Convention Resume informing members of who is in town and when.

A regional cooperative advertising campaign developed to effectively market the region on a large scale - including the Chicagoland area. It was established to develop strong relationships in our eight-county service area; members combine marketing dollars to make a much greater impact than they could individually.
