[CxT] Roasting Company

Established in 2016, 'Coffee by Tristan' has quickly become a personal favorite. Using the "pour over" method Tristan learned in South America, [CxT] now has three locations in Peoria. The original Main Street location is where Tristan roasts all of [CxT]'s coffee beans from several different countries and also sells locally made items like candles and jewelry.

Eli's Coffee Shop

With three shops over the central Illinois area (Morton, Metamora & Tremont), Eli's has a full espresso bar, features homemade bakery items, delicious deli food and even caters! Eli's offers an oasis in the busyness of your day. Every month, Eli's offers a Donation Creation which is where all three locations feature a specialty drink that runs for the whole month and $1 from the sale of each drink is donated to one or multiple local nonprofits.

Starting as a mobile unit in 2018, lovingly known as Windy, Faire Coffee now has two brick and mortar locations, one in Grand Prairie Mall and the second located off Main Street in Washington. Owner Emily loves taking her full-service cart around the central Illinois area making multiple stops throughout the communities a day and can be rented by the public for private events.

Leaves 'n Beans

Known as Peoria's first local coffee roaster, Leaves 'n Beans has two current locations, Peoria Heights and Morton, they also just announced a new location in Pekin will be opening in April 2021. The Peoria Heights location is not only a place where you can enjoy their delicious coffee, breakfast and lunch menus but also wholesale purchase your favorite coffee and tea at the Coffee and Tea Store. Enjoy your favorite cup of coffee at Leaves 'n Beans cozy brick and mortar locations or have them cater your next event with their full espresso bar.

The Blend

Located in Washington, The Blend has two locations where you can get your caffeine fix. Putting an emphasis on the origins of the coffee and it's production, The Blend offers uniquely crafted drinks, specialty items for purchase and educational classes on how you can learn the art of coffee, tea and matcha. Opening in 2007, The Blend Café puts an emphasis on good coffee and bringing the community together and The Blend Express is a standalone building two blocks west of the Café offering you the same drinks as the cafe just in a drive-thru format.

The Spot Coffee

Using [CxT]'s locally roasted beans, The Spot Coffee originally started in a tiny blue vintage camper as a mobile café in 2016. In 2018 The Spot opened its permanent location in North Peoria where they still use [CxT]'s beans and make all of their syrups in-house with natural ingredients. The Spot also features artisan goods from central Illinois makers.
