Get ready to experience the magic of Christmas on Saturday, December 2, from 4 PM to 7 PM!
The Elmwood Palace Theater will be hosting a free showing of the movie Polar Express at 2:15 PM sponsored by David Vaughan-Country Financial, you are invited to attend wearing your favorite Christmas PJs. Following the movie, Santa will arrive at 4 PM to officially kick off the Elmwood Christmas Walk.
During the event, visit local businesses and collect tickets from each stop to enter a drawing for a chance to win prizes!
The more places you visit, the more chances you have to win. Once you’ve picked up your tickets, head over to the Uptown Cafe to deliver them while you visit with Santa. The drawing will be held at the end of the night, and you don’t need to be present to win.
While you’re out and about, enjoy some “hot” cocoa and other warm drinks from The Best Brew Coffee and Espresso, located on the square. You can also hop on the People Hauler Wagon ride, sponsored by Birkey’s, for a trip around our beautifully lighted downtown Central Park, thanks to the City of Elmwood!
