Rodolfo and Leonora Guzman always had a dream of one day opening their own restaurant. In January of 2020, that dream came true when they opened up Rudy’s Mexican Cantina & Grill in Peoria. Although they faced many challenges over the past year, they have been surrounded by a supportive community that has helped keep their doors open.
The loyalty of their customers motivates them to keep working hard and give back to local charities. Both have a passion for helping others and getting involved in charity work. They are happy to be able to run a business that allows them to help others in need.
