The Park has been referred to as a jewel in the North American Midwest. We have also been listed as a top 10 destination to visit in Illinois. Located just outside of Peoria, IL, this 1800-acre zoological park is home to 60 different species and over 150 animals that are or were all native to the area. Our guests come to learn about and see wolves, bison, waterfowl, black bears, elk, otters, badgers, snakes, bobcats and more!

Wildlife Prairie Park Accommodations: 13 unique lodging rooms ranging from Santa Fe Train Cabooses to grain bins and traditional rooms, all of which are non-smoking. 20 primitive tent camping sites with a fire ring and picnic table at each. All lodging guests have access to the recreation room with showers, bathrooms, vending and games for kids.

Meeting Space: Our available event spaces and lodging provide the backdrop for once-in-a-lifetime wedding celebrations, holiday parties, corporate events, school events and quarterly retreats. 10,970 sq. ft. of total meeting space.
